MOVING TO SODOR?

Sam's love of trains knows no bounds. Y'all thought I was kidding when I said he was totally in the tank for locomotives. But as we sit here having quelled a tantrum with promises of Thomas the Tank Engine on the DVR, I am thinking that we might be headed for a train intervention somewhere down the track. In the meantime, amy can successfully name all of Thomas's friends with her eyes shut. I am not at all joking.

Sounds like Sam needs to take a trip with Uncle Jared to Pullen Park to ride the train.

I'm all about trains, but totally do not get the allure of Thomas. However, if you have Netflix, you should know that there are a couple of Thomas videos available on the "watch instantly" feature. Not that I've used them, or anything. Cause, you know, I'm not one of those moms who would let her kids watch videos on a laptop out of desperation for just a few minutes of peace and quiet or even just a chance to use the bathroom alone. Ahem, I mean, really.

Come to HooD River next summer and ride Thomas with us. Noah is full on tripping over trains and tug boats right now.

We are considering putting Kendall in Hazelden for her obsession with Thomas.....It is insane. We road Thomas this summer and it was horrible, a commercial nightmare. Last night in Costco I thought she was going to have a heart attack when she spotted a young lad with Thomas galoshes on (way down the aisle)...you would have thought she had seen a unicorn or George Clooney....NO...STUPID THOMAS GALOSHES>>>>PLEASE SAVE ME!!
